A new brand system was created to introduce a comprehensive, cohesive, and unified experience for those engaging with CCC. The spectrum provides examples of both functional settings and expressive settings with a range of opportunities in between. Brand elements—the logo, lockups, typography, color, and texture—can be thoughtfully selected from the system to communicate most effectively. A set of icons was created to represent the church’s motives—the ways in which they pursue their mission.
The form of the C monogram challenges viewers to see church community members as one—radiating around a central point as a symbol of fellowship in Christ.
We designed the Next Steps Space to engage both new visitors and long-time members alike. The space includes a slatted pine wall and a custom environmental design that reflects the qualities of the C monogram, while custom iPad panels house a custom web app designed and developed to help people get involved with CCC. The Web App prompts people with a series of questions, which then combine to create a custom-generated set of “next steps” unique to each person. These can then be sent via text message or email to each individual.
